with the risk of encountering scammers, which can
add frustration and stress to the experience.

tours, neighborhood insights, and
map features would improve their
experience. Additionally, carried out
a competitive analysis to analyze their
features, strengths, and weaknesses.

safety ratings, to schools, transport
options, amenities, and local
demographics. Integrating this data
with Google Maps will allow users to
visually explore the area
surrounding a property. This feature
helps users assess the suitability of
the location based on their
preferences, enhancing the
decision-making process

floor plans for properties listed
online. This would allow potential
renters or buyers to explore homes
remotely, saving time and offering
a more detailed view of the property.
